      I rented a storage from there for the last 4 years changed management and it went down Hill from there ..first the leak they didn't finish for over a year and all my product got ruined then they kept charging for Months I already paid for put my stuff on auction but b4 that they raised my rent in March then again in may from 298 to 1000 per month the lady in the office said she doesn't like me and she could do whatever she wants and now I was over charge for multiple months and they put my stuff on auction when in fact it shouldn't have been and now I looked and more than half my unit is there after lock out ! In the mean time I walked over to another tenant and walked in on him shooting gay porn out his unit and I get my rent raised because management over here does like me?? As well as linda talking to other clients about me??

      They locked me out of my unit 2 months b4 and  I was paid up u til June 12 2024 and I had no access to my unit for 2 months b4 they put on storage treasures which never should have happend and my stuff was missing in unit prior to them selling it and then raised my rent 3xs the amount because linda and Tom in office doesn't Like me I have numerous witness that heard them both state that they would do anything they had to do to get me out because they don't like me

      My stored off road vehicle was tampered with in an attempt to steal it several months ago. I reported to management who informed me my vehicle is in a security camera dead zone. They said they will improve the camera coverage and informed me of other vehicle thefts from the facility.

      3 months later my vehicle and trailer were stolen along with other vehicles from the facility. Once again, I was told they didn’t capture anything on camera. The on site manager assured me that the facility would reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses IE my insurance deductible. They have done no such thing even after contacting corporate.
      There is clear negligence in providing even basic security for our valuables.

      okay today is June 6th 2023 and I came to access my smaller storage that I've had here for over a year and for some reason I can't access it it is like access denied they won't answer the phone they have taken every measure to go over here my storage unit for over a year and they will not let me have access to it I have another storage unit here that I got like a month or two ago that one I'm using is the larger one is because I'm waiting for my garage to be available to put on my household items and however I still have the smaller one that I've had for over a year that's paid current in full never late well I can't access the storage that's paid in full and they won't answer the phone so to me that's an illegal lockout on something that is a paid service or paid contract and then not allowing me to have access to it because they're lazy and shiftless, incredulous lowlifes and it's really sad that lowlifes like them are Patty and the rest of the trashy team play games. However I will sue them if I don't have access to my storage within the next day or so...This is an illegal lockout of my good standing account.
