    The business caused damage to my new 2025 Tesla Model Y during a window tint installation. The first installation took place on March 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but it was done improperly and required a second installation on March 28, 2025, also from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As a result of these installations, damage occurred to my vehicle. I have presented my concerns along with supporting evidence, but the business owner has not taken full responsibility for the damage. I am requesting their insurance information so I can file a claim directly with their provider. However, the business owner is refusing to provide this information and has ignored my repeated requests. This situation has been very stressful and disappointing.

    My name is A******, One of one customs owner. I have tried to fix the complaint with customer, she stated we damaged headliner durning installation I offered full detail of vehicle for free she was unhappy with that. Also, tried to refund her and detail car as long as we remove our window tint film she refused that. Seems like she wanted free tint. I have tinted multiple vehicles for her family with no issues. Including a vehicle for her dad a week prior which had no type of issues. Her car was dirty when she brought it white seats had finger marks all over and headliner was partially dirty. I did take responsibility for some areas that might of been done by us. We have done multiple teslas with no issues she then came at me saying we scratched her glass which I have not taken responsibility for we don't cut film on car we use plotted kits which are cut by machine. She went from dirty headliner to saying we scratched her car to me it seems she wants free tint. I did not give her insurance information due to the fact a simple detail would fix the damage we caused, but then she turned into more I have cameras in my shop that will show we didn't scratch her vehicle. I have tried everything to resolve issue but she refuses to settle for anything unless she gets the tint for free. On the pictures she first sent the first time you can see the headliner was already dirty she never complained about that. pictures even show her touching headliner herself. She took the vehicle to a different tint shop for inspection which could have easily been damaged there.
