- Poly Pro Window & Door accepts most credit cards checks and cash. There is a $25.00 return fee imposed on any returned check. We accept Master Card. American Express, Visa, Discover, debit and Square.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Poly Pro Window & Door puts the customer first. Any refund or Exchange with our door hardware, moldings and screening will impose the restocking fee given to us that we simply "pass along" to you. Any custom door, window(s), shower doors are non refundable. Upon cancellation after an order has been placed must be made within 2 days from your order date. We will try and honor any extenuating, disastrous situation regarding our policy. A 50% deposit is due upon ordering. Cancellation of any order after the deposit is made is non-refundable and is outlined in our Terms & Agreement Contract.
