    On June 22, ** picked up tiles for my bathtub surround wall. The total cost for the ******************* standard tiles came to$550.80. However the tiles for the edges which came to $90.40 he did not use. I asked if he could return to ******* where he picked up the tiles that i placed on my charge card. At this point, he has not returned them to *********** or me after several phone calls and emails.

    Consumer Response /* (-5, 8, 2022/09/14) */ I have called five times, sent letter through the mail,sent four emails and several texts Have received no acknowledgment to any of my actions above Please continue case I have asked if I could pick up the box of unopened and materials they did not use but I paid for In the beginning they assured me that they would return the unused materials to ******************* I also called ******* They have not received them as of yet I have offered to come pick them up Zero response Very unprofessional What additional steps do I need to take to get this resolved? Thank you
