    It have been over 6 months since I try to cancel services, when I contact Riverside Payment, they said that we get a contract sign with 360 Payment and no one will able cancel the services for us, and then they continue to charged us $200/month although we do not use their services anymore. Please resolve this issue for me

If you are certain your contract is with 360 Payments, please submit the merchant id, referenced on a statement, with a closure request to ************************************** or call ************** and we'll be happy to help close your account.
