    December 6, 2024 I purchased a yearly membership from image shack based on past experience, which was good and I was also baited by a 50% offer after initial account creation. Upon using the website, I quickly learned it was a complete change from what I used in the past, and I was not able to easily download and share photographs, which was my goal and is the claim of the current website. I have sent several emails and I have left phone messages, but have never heard back from anyone at image shack. When I looked them up and read the complaints on the better business bureau website, I saw every complaint was exactly the same experience I was having. I would like image shack to be accountable for their product and comply with customer service. I expect nothing short of a full refund. It is not the amount of money here it is the policy of respecting your customers and being a reputable business operation.

    1/2/2024 Paid $18.99 for an annual subscription. Imageshack host images for individuals. I was informed I must pay the annual fee to access the 307 images on my account. I did so and all of the images are broken. I cannot view any images. I have contacted them multiple times, through their contact form as well as directily through their email. I cannot get a response and all of my images remain broken. I am unable to view, edit or download any of my images. I would like the company to honor their commitment to their customers. This company is irresponsible and is blatently stealing money. I paid for a service and not only am I not getting that service, but I cannot get any response from any of their listed methods of contact.

    Imageshack is an ongoing scam website that steals money from people attempting to recover their account data. ******************** site claims to provide unlock services, where you can pay a subscription fee to recover missing data. You are redirected to the *** in a circular loop, on multiple webpages, Imageshack claims you CAN recover your missing data by just reporting images that are missing or broken with their links not working. The site gives CLEAR false promises of these images being availablepromising they are stored on three different serversand instructs users to pay for their $4 monthly subscription service to recover images on these servers. Imageshack site guides users to access Imageshack support by emailing an inactive email addressmultiple users have reported never getting a response despite mailing for years, trying different email addresses, and filing under new accounts. Imageshack does not provide the service it charges users for. It is even more apparent that the nature of this site is to scam people, from the fact it is IMPOSSIBLE ro communicate with the business. Their site only lists an email and a phone neither of these work. Phone goes straight to voicemail and has for years, per the complaints of others over the years. I paid for this monthly subscription yet never was provided with the service promised. Imageshack hasnt communicated with me despite several emails over the last several months!Please fix this situation timely. Thank you.

    This company has an online help form to fill out, and all they do is send an automated response. I can't login. Its been a long time since I last logged in, and I no longer have access to the email account I used to login. I also don't remember my password. This company has no customer support. The information they provided on the website does not help with the inviability to login.
