We purchased a new home through century communities July 2023 and with that purchase we are allowed to put in work order on the maintenance of said house. We have work orders in for over 6 months and no one has done anything about them. We have called, left messages, text messages and nothing. They personally dont like us because we has a major issue with the concrete out front and wanted it done so our house didnt flood in the winter, and that took 6 months to get fixed also we have a bathroom out of commission and havent been able to use for over 2 months and no one will return or help to fix it( which was due to a leak on their part) They lack communication and customer service, and we just want them to fix the issue's. This is their policys and they cant up hold to them. We should have to live without a restroom that we paid for with the purchase of our house. I have plenty of proof. If needed

As of 1/13 we have been actively working with the homeowner to address and resolve her concerns. On January 16th, we successfully completed the tub repair, and we have a scheduled flooring appointment for January 23rd. Additionally, per the homeowner, they have hired a contractor to connect the waterlines. We are committed to addressing any other issues that may arise during this process.
The homeowner has expressed concerns regarding our approach, specifically mentioning the concrete repair. We want to clarify that our intention has always been to provide the best possible service and resolve any issues professionally and in a timely manner.

      Thank you,

On September 19th I secured a new home with Century Communities. I chose this home due to amount of bedrooms, location and most importantly, the closing date. It was set to be complete on October 29th with keys November 12th. About 45 days was the timeline from purchase to completion. I live very close by and drove by regularly to see the progress. I notified *****, my realtor with Century Communities, right away, that it was not being worked on. I was assured it was still on target. Seeing no progress after another week, I spoke to her again. She reached out to the construction manager and he did not get back to her. I continued to follow up with no success. Meanwhile, the homes surrounding my house, were actively being built. Four weeks went by with no work. I was then told the closing date was pushed back to November 29th. Still no work was being done. Then I was told it's now December 12th! I purchased a home that was expected to be ready approximately *********************************************************************** 10 days. My house was purchased and now I have nowhere to go. I understand delays, however, delays of this kind are outliers. I spoke with *****, the construction manager, myself. He apologized and said it was his fault, and that, he is very behind. I asked why the home next to mine was almost done and it wasn't even sold. There isn't a reason for it. My house simply, got ignored. I went into the sales office to find what could be done. To my benefit, both the sales manager ******, and ******, the head construction manager were there. ****** told me, "I'll see if ****** can speed up your house or I'll transfer you." This was after ******, **** and I looked at the price difference as well as options in lot 16. Lot 16 was the only lot available to transfer to. It was implied that I would get the same price if we had to switch lots. I waited at the community for an answer. ****** told me she would message me the following day. She did not.

The above company promised to provide a free washer and dryer and refrigerator if we signed a purchase contract before Black Friday and an additional $25,000 in closing costs if we used their lender. Their lender approved us for 10% down but then tried to change the terms to 25% down!!!We started looking for other options which were much better... but now they are threatening to cancel the original agreement if we don't close before the end of the year!

Me and my finance purchased a home with this builder and went under contract in August of 2022 and was told that the home was would complete by the end of October the framing of the home was the only part finished at that time. We placed a deposit on the phone of ******** to take the home off the market and the next day had a three way call with our Sales Rep ****** and our realtor ****. On this three way call we were told by ****** that we would receive updates on the home every 2 weeks, well three weeks had went by and nothing so our realtor reached out to ****** and was told she didn't have a update but would get one we heard nothing from her for three to four days finally I reached out and was told dry wall would go in that week well that didnt happen so we contacted ****** back it took days again to get a response and was told it was delayed and will not close till Nov. We were worried because the interest rates were going up and we could not lock in a rate because the home was not where near ready and ****** told us if we didn't qualify for the loan we would get our money back. After Hurricane *** the interest rates went up where we could not get the home I have a email from ****** saying we can have our money back just have to sign the cancellation contract within 3 days. That email came yesterday and my finance signed it and immediately noticed it was wrong and the company got to keep the money we called ****** of course no answer so I called the main office and finally got to speak with the manager and he was very **** and ************** and said call whoever you want and complain you are not getting your money back our ** of sales changed his mind since you signed the wrong contract and disconnected the call. We would like to have our money back from this horrible company.
