      Common Interest Management is the property management company for my condo's HOA, Cherrydale Commons. I am the homeowner of ****************************************************************************On October 16, 2024, I discovered black mold in my kitchen cabinet and contacted my ********* and **** *******, our property manager from Common Interest, about a potential leak or water ingress issue in the kitchen walls. Common Interest sent out their plumber to investigate the issue about a week later. The plumbers debugged the issue and ultimately cut a hole in the exterior wall of our unit to find a leaking pipe surrounded by mold in the walls. The insulation material was removed and the leaking part of the pipe was cut and replaced by the plumbers.Common Interest called in a water damage remediation company to address the mold in the walls as a next step. After much planning, I arranged for and worked with the company to do their remediation work from Dec 2 - Dec 5. On November 20, I clearly communicated (via email) these dates to Common Interest, per their request. I asked them to please line up a contractor to repair the exterior walls as soon as possible after Dec 5 so that there is no minimal opportunity for rainwater to get into the walls and create fresh damage/mold. On November 22, **** ******* stated he had already requested a bid for the exterior wall repairs.On Dec 11, I followed up with Common Interest about the hole still being present in the wall as the remediation work had been completed about a week prior. On Dec 14, I discovered that rain water had entered the walls once again from the hole, and I sent out an urgent email to **** and my board. **** finally responded on Dec 16 stating he was still waiting for a bid, almost a month after he supposedly requested a bid already. He has been lying about and unresponsive to this water leak and mold issue we are dealing with. As of today, there is still no date for repair. I need the BBB's help holding Common Interest accountable.

      On 9/13/2024 I was issued a letter that stated I would be fined for my trash cans in front of my property. However, I would like to state that I never received a first warning letter to remove my trash cans. I pointed it out to Ms. ****** and she was rude and disrespectful towards me. On 9/16/2024 after I stated that I must obtain an *** attorney the notice was moved to a first notice.I quickly moved my trash cans to the back of my yard once I was notified. It scary that if Mrs. ****** doesnt like a property owner in the *** she will find illegal ways of taking an individuals property away.Several days before that I was receiving harassing phone calls from this number ************** that stated that I was feeling blue and that they were willing to buy my *********** property is not for sale and I feel that Mrs. ****** and the president of the *** is harassing to force me to sale my property.I was also informed by Mrs. ****** that I will no longer be invited to the *** board meetings
