    On June 15, 2023, ******************************* at Computax Services Tulare, was paid $400 dollars to do my 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 income tax returns. After approximately 1 month, I reviewed my *** online account and discovered only 2020, 2021 & 2022 had been entered into the ***s system. I called the *** & was informed that they never received the 2017, 2018 & 2019 taxes. Upon messaging **************** and inquiring about the 3 years of taxes that werent in the ***s system, **************** advised me that he electronically filed income taxes for the 2020, 2021 & 2022 years only, and he mailed off 2017, 2018, 2019. **************** failed to complete & file the 2017 taxes; and he never mailed off the 2018 & 2019 taxes. It should be noted that **************** provided me copies of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 taxes on June 15, 2023, but not 2017. I attempted to clarify and rectify the situation with **************** on several occasions. **************** never answered nor returned any of my calls, & he never responded to any of my many text messages. I personally spoke with representatives in his offices on several occasions and left very detailed and specific information/messages with the representatives, and **************** never contacted me after I attempted to contact him for an entire 6 month period. I contacted the *** on December 12, 2023, after reviewing my online *** account and discovering that 2017, 2018 & 2019 taxes years were still not filed. The *** representative told me that they never received the aforementioned tax years. I was directed to make copies of my 2018 & 2019 taxes and mail them off to the ***. I was further instructed to file 2017 taxes immediately in an effort to avoid the *** filing that tax year on my behalf & incurring penalties/fees. I made copies of 2018 & 2019 and mailed them off on December 13, 2023. I will now have to pay someone else to prepare and file my 2017 taxes.

    We are not associated with a ************** We run our own operations and are a seperate and are unaware of the operation ran in *******Our location is in ********. This can not reflect on us if we are not part of that office. We are seperately owned and are not associated with them.
