    I booked a flight from ******** to *********, when I got the confirmation I didn't get any ticket information and got worried. I then called, rang a few times and it hun up. I immediately thought dam they got me! I then came here and saw the reviews and got more angry, however...I received an email about 3-4 hours later with full ticket information. I called the airlines and they were able to confirm my upcoming flight. Everything was solid. No complaints on my end. My heart goes out to those who experienced problems.

    Booked a flight with sky-tours this year for ******, ****** thru Jetblue. My Flight was cancelled on May 7 and we flew on May 8 the next day. Emailed them twice for a refund but to no avail! Their phone is non-existing! This travel agency is a SCAM! Don't book your flights!

    It's a scam, they give you one price and even pay your reservations and give you a booking number but then they send you an email asking for more money "because the ticket at that price is not available" but the same tickets are at higher price. Don't bother with them. I put a stop to the payment with my credit card before they took the payment.

    This is a fraud, one person owned company who is nothing but a fraud. I don't know how they allow it to be operated. I booked a ticket with this company with full insurance. When I called/emailed the support line to cancel the ticket, there is no live person but instead an email response after weeks. It is some ********************* who is responding to the emails after weeks with ***** claims to refund the money. I haven't received my refund in 4 months so far. Please stay away from this website.
