    On Sept. 12th I paid The Wiki Studio $350 to create a knowledge panel and write an article for me. They set the expectation that an article would be created and a knowledge panel would be set up and completed within 1-3 weeks and if they could not provide that by that time they would refund my money in full. After a month passed, I checked in about 8 times and they kept pushing it off without any explanation of the problem. So, I requested a refund because of the lack of progress and performance and they kept saying they would refund me but they did not. I felt they were dragging their feet telling me what I wanted to hear and then would disappear. In addition, the communication was troubling.

    They say that they guarantee a refund if the ********* article they publish gets deleted by moderators, but that is a lie. The article that they published for me got deleted, but they denied me a refund for the incoherent reason that "the initial payment you made has already been used for the publication we made first". Once I paid the $299, they tried to upsell me on additional -and costly- services. They said that the article would probably be deleted if I didn't pay them additional $$$ for P.R services. I spent $299, and I didn't get anything... no ********* page, no anything. I attached their refund policy, which states that they will issue a refund if the service can't be delivered, which isn't being delivered.

    February of 2024 i called wiki studio and asked them for a proposition to make and create an Wikipedia page they said that they can do it but started offering and telling me that it cannot get done without more money its a scam they never got my Wikipedia page and never got my ****** panel. I contacted the *** since it taking hard earned money out of people pockets. Im thinking about them. I want a refund full refund. Or i want his page investigate the whole thing is a scam
