    Hello!My name is ****** *******, reaching you out from ****** PROCUREMENT (******** from ************. We are aircraft spare parts trading company working around the globe.On 16 October 2024 we have placed an order PO-1610/262693 (attached) and therefore got into business relationship with the US based company **************************** Same date we have received invoice I6064 and banking details to process payment for the purchased aircraft spare parts (2 ea of LIGHT, FLOOD/STORM, part number 15-0810-5). Material had been quoted to us with lead time of 20 days.On 17 October 2024 payment had been processed from our side, attached is the SWIFT copy of the transactions.On 18 October 2024 funds had been received by California AirSales, **** which was confirmed by Mr. **** ******** Muoz via email (please refer to the mailstring also attached to the complaint).During 2 months, California AirSales, **** had been delaying shipping of the material, and after all we have decided to cancel this order and demanded refund. California AirSales, **** (Mr. **** ******** Muoz specifically) was trying to avoid processing it by making false claims that they were waiting for our decision, though we clearly stated that we need full refund. After all, California AirSales, **** are now ignoring our emails and phone calls also do not help in any way since on the other end only warehouse clerk *************** transaction amount is ***** (sixteen thousand) USD so it is not financially reasonable for us to get engaged into the court case so we are trying different ways to reach to the supplier, including filing this complaint. Though it had been stated that BBB does not help with refunds, we would at least be happy if California AirSales, **** will be marked as unreliable business partner and/or fraud company.Thank you in advance!
