I called this company as they rent presented themselves as allegiant. They booked a flight for me through United and one for me through Allegiant. The United flight turned out to be OK and I was wondering at the time while they had two separate charges they proceeded to charge me $501.96 for a flight from ********* to ********* so when I figured out that this was way over the amount of the ticket, I called them back and they assured me that part of this money was going to the United flight and part of it was going to the allegiant flight. None of this was true. They were fraudulent the whole time. I asked for my money back they agreed to give me half of it back and book my ticket so I called Allegiant and it turns out that the ticket was no good. They had used credits from someone else to purchase this ticket and those credits were no longer there. Finally, I told them I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and put bad reviews on their website and go to the bank and dispute the charges so the next morning half of my money came back in my account. But the other 250 has not been returned to me as of yet , I am going to give them until Monday to return that money before I go to the bank and dispute the entire amount, including the United amount which was $190.

SCAM! Their number came up as an "Allegiant" number and I didn't think anything of it at first. The customer service rep was extremely polite but don't be fooled. After booking my tickets, I even received a legit confirmation number for my flight itinerary, which was reflected on Allegiant's website. My husband and I even showed up as passengers **** the itinerary number when I called Allegiant. However, the Allegiant rep was finally able to flag the flight tickets as fraudulent and the tickets were automatically cancelled. I was informed by Allegiant that ********* used fraudulent vouchers from other flights (probably ones that they cancelled on customers, without refund) to purchase mine. Without calling your airline, you won't find out that fraudulent activity occurred until you go to board your plane with tickets that are not legit. This company also poses as ARS Travel Services (see bottom of their website). BEWARE!
