    On Sept 21, 2023 I paid Wicked Motor Works $ ****** via three ********** transfers to their account for a Porsche ***** GT3 front bumper, which price includes all accessories, painted black and PPF paint protection film. Have sent dozens of emails and the company says they are still working on it and has failed to meet their own deadlines for completion over and over. The promised 8-week delivery time has now been 48 weeks and they have stopped responding to my emails. At this time I am requesting a full refund of my $****** paid to Wicked Motor Works for a product they have no intention of sending as per their website listing. Dealt with **** at WMM and his telephone number is ************. Have full email history of this fraud by him.

    Hello, this is valid, we had an issue both in manufacturing and in the painting department 

    we are 100% intending on completing this item and shipping it by October 13th. 

    unfortunately, the part is manufactured and the open attachments are purchased, so we can not give a refund, however we absolutely intend to cure the issue and ship the part, by the date set above

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Company has promised on 4 prior occasions the same response and has not honored to date (hence their triple D rating on BBB).  Waiting until October would go over the statute of limitations for legal remedy and they know this.  I have bought the part with their competitor and they now need to refund the entire amount paid as 14 months to produce was not the 8-10 weeks promised.  At this time I request a full refund of the $12,200 paid.

    I made a purchase on April 14th for a Porsche part from a company in**************** called Wicked Motor Works for a total of $4,249. I have been emailing and texting the owner for months and he keeps telling me the part is being made. He refuses to simply refund me though as i have asked.

    This company failed to honor their refund commitment and has not paid me. They refuse to finish the refund. Is there anything more i can do? They still owe me $2249

    To whom it may concern:
    We came to an agreement with ********************* of refunding the part over the course of 4 payments. We have paid the first 3 of those payments and were told that he did not receive the third.
    Our third payment is visible in our stripe account, and we are hesitant to send future payments until our last payment is acknowledged.
    We are happy to share screenshots of this last payment in our account as proof.

    I received 2 payments from the vendor, each one took 3 weeks to process. I never received a third payment as they claimed and can provide credit card statements to prove that fact. The vendor no longer responds to me and will not send the 3rd payment.
