    The date the work was performed was 7/3/23. The total was for just under $200. I went in requesting to have the passenger head light replaced. I started to do the job myself and had everything off including the bulb, but ended up ordering the wrong headlights, so I took it in today. I was quoted $197.06. I asked why it was so much when I already had everything taken apart. I was told that they had to take the front bumper off. So I said if they are taking the bumper off, might as well do both headlights. I asked how much the bulbs were. I was told one bulb as $17 and change and a two pack was about $28, so I decided to have them do both sides. I left the car with them and went back to pick it up when they called and said it was ready. I went in and paid and when I went out to my car I noticed that part of the front bumper was not pushed in all the way, like a clip was missing or they missed it when they put it back in. I went back in and grabbed ****** to show him. He came and looked at it and then when in to grab the tech that did the work. I could see the two of them talking as they came over and he told me that was there and they never took the bumper off. Looking more closely I could see that they at least tried pull that out. The two plastic guards in the wheel well were also pulled out like you would if you were getting the screws that hold in the bumper. They insisted the bumper never came off and the two of them went in the back and called one of the managers and finally came back out and admitted to doing nothing wrong. I went back to the car to inspect the work and noticed that they hadn't put any of the pieces back together. They just plugged in the headlight. There is a rubber piece that goes in there as well that I had in a zip lock bag when I took off the passenger side they forgot to put on and there some other pieces missing as well. The driver side rubber piece was missing as well and the tech said it didn't have one, which I know it did.

    It appears that you sent this to the wrong Brake Masters location. We have not had a *********************** come to our location nor did we have a vehicle in our shop as described in the complaint. Furthermore we don't have anyone named ***** working here.
