    I ordered a gate from my backyard from the company. They came and took measurements from the gate and collected payment. Two payments were made on 11/6/2024. Few weeks later they brought the gate to install, however the gate did not fit well as it was scraping the tile floor in the yard. They installed it higher where it was above height of the walls on both sides of the gate. The order was for gate to be same height as the walls. They installed it lower where it barely cleared the tiles in the backyard, which would cause problems if gate sags a bit over time or something blows in with wind causing the gate to get stuck. They took back the gate to fix it. Some weeks later they brought it unannounced late in the day and installed the gate. It was dark when they were done. The next day we saw that they caused damage on both sides of the wall while installing the gate. I contacted the company many times, they never returned my calls or texts. I finally got through to a person (******) who asked me to send pictures. I did and never heard back. I sent another text and never heard back. I called their office the person who answered said the ****** was out and took a message. I texted ****** that I had called the office. He said that *** would call me. *** called and refused to repair the damages they caused.

    As of July 30, we settled on a refund of $150 from the Muholland brand company. We were promised (by ********* brand) that the refund was sent to our account. Unfortunately after going back and forth with this company for over two months we have not received the refund. We tried communicating via email, phone, and text messages and still have not been able to get ahold of anyone that can confirm the delivery of our refund. This situation brings great mischief because we have used this company for many projects that have cost us thousands of dollars. We have more supporting documents to talk about this matter further. We truly believe that they mishandled us as loyal customers and we would like to report this.

    We had our fence install scheduled for Nov 20th, 2023. It was supposed to be a 2-day job. It's now January 31st, **** and it is still not finished. Our neighborhood is a high-crime area.When they said they weren't going to be able to finish the job, they left all of their equipment scattered across our yard and left 2 gates completely off, leaving our home exposed. Mulholland did send a small clean up crew at 9 PM.Summary: 2-day job left unfinished and home exposed in a bad neighborhood for over a week.Installed a fence piece that wasn't on the contract. They did remove that day but didn't patch the holes or make a plan with us on what to do.Broke a lot of sprinklers. Filled some with cement. Only made us aware of 1 and we spent an additional $700 with our sprinkler guys.A wrongly measured fence panel lead to them breaking the cement on our walkway to install a post. Posts were measured and drawn up to be on either side of the walkway.Poles were cut jagged and capped that way. Sharp edges and poor aesthetic. Project manager came to ***** what to do about the walkway. As well as other things unfinished like removing a pole left from the old fence, digital locks, door stops, patch holes from uncontracted fence piece and fill dirt at pole bases. Zero follow-up until I messaged on 12/7 and 12/8. I requested a checklist of what they had to finish as well as a timeline. I didn't get either.I followed up again on 12/20 and got a response on 12/21 with a 1/8/**** schedule to finish the job but Zero checklist for what "finishing the job" actually entails besides the walkway fix. Not everything else. 1/8/**** they call to reschedule for 1/10/**** They came without the locks, the gate was the wrong height, and they brought to my attention one of the fence panels was miscolored. They left again without finishing the job, without communicating with us when they will be back.Its 1/31 and the bulk of the work is done. But still unfinished.

    My gates were installed in November and don't lock and are stuck. I have contacted them several times and they no show appointments
