I placed an order for 3 muddy mats on December 8, 2022. I payed through ******. The money was immediately taken out of my account. Today is December 23, 2022 and I still have NOT received my rugs. I sent an email request through their link for additional information on my order on December 21, 2022 and have not received a response. I am currently on hold with their customer service line and have not had anyone answer the phone yet and it has been 15 minutes. If they are not going to send me my merchandise, I would like a full refund. Also, they charged the shipping separately and charged me sales tax on top of the shipping. I didn't think shipping was a taxable item.Business Response

Wife ordered 2 matts from here two weeks ago. They claim to ship orders within 24-48 hours. We still have no tracking information, no one answers the phone there. Finally got an email response that basically says order has not shipped, these were Christmas gifts. Guess I should have read the *** reviews before ordering from this company as this looks like common practice for them.Business Response

I paid $120 for 3 mats from muddy mat over a month ago and have received NOTHING. Not a shipping label, anything. In addition I have reached out via phone and email several times and asked to leave a message with zero contact back. I am furious, this whole business is a fraud and all I want at this point is my money back so I can buy elsewhere. They took my money out the very next day but cannot seem to provide the product for anything. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, purchased in November. Placed an order with Muddy Mat on 12/15 but during check-out they advertised the discounted price of $1.99 for 2 of an add-on item and I accepted. Only to discover that it charged an additional $15. I didn't like their business practices and decided to cancel my order immediately. I emailed their customer service on 12/15 with my order number stating I wanted to cancel and to get a full refund. I was already concerned that this business was shady so I decided to file a dispute of the charges with my CC company. Muddy Mat didn't contact me until 12/20 and like others said it was a bot email trying to get me to keep my order. I replied I wanted to continue cancelling my order and get a full refund. The next day 12/21 I get an email saying my order has shipped with a tracking number. I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning a package/product so I emailed again to tell them I didn't want the order to cancel it and give me a full refund. Now I'm here because I'm not waiting another week for their answer.Business Response

I ordered a Muddy Mat on 12/14/22 and received an email that I purchased the mat and it was deducted from my checking account. However, no shipping information was sent. I have called 3 times but no one answers and no one has returned my call when I left messages. I also emailed them 3 times and it comes back undelivered even though I use the email they gave. I ordered from this company and spent $90 on 12/1/22. I have yet to receive any communication about tracking information or when i can expect to receive my order. I have emailed, and the customer service email provided in their order confirmation email bounces - Mail Delivery "address not found" error.

I ordered a rug on 12/9/22 totaling $94.61. I paid using******* and money was immediately removed from my account. I received a confirmation email but no follow up shipping info or tracking number. I have called customer service 7 times and been on hold without any response for 10-20minutes each time. I left a message to return my call 12/19/22 and also emailed customer service 12/19/22 with no response. The website states orders are received typically within 10 days. The website also gives glowing reviews and claims customer service available anytime which is not the case.Business Response

I have tried to call and send emails as to the status of my purchase, and have not received an answer from either.
