    Complete scam of a company. After many phone calls I finally agreed to try out 1 of their toners, then you receive a shipment of 2 toners then 4 then 6. Never agreed to this amount and was told I did "agree" to this because of the price. Nothing is in writing, I never agreed to that. And where is my 5 year warranty. Never received that.

    Hello. After reviewing your account, it looks like you spoke to your rep just last week. And we did mail out the 5-year warranty as per your request. So, if you haven't received it, it should be there in the next couple of days. In reference to the order, it sounds like there's some confusion in regard to the quantity.
