    We reported a leak and unusual droppings form our ceiling back in March. Water damage continue to appear through our crooning. They cut a whole in our circling to check for the leak. It is now August we still have the whole in a ceiling and now we have flying termites. We reported the sight of termites august 1st they had two vendors out, Orkin and Terminix. We were advised by ******** we had two options one being fumigated /!: two was heat treatment. Terminix confirmed to us we had dry wood termites (swarmers) they suspect they were here for some time based on the droppings they found. They found several throughout our kitchen, living room, and kids room. The property refused to check for structural damage or check our neighbors units. They refuse to determine the source of the termites.we have been paying rent every month and these issues are not being resolved. We are a family of 5 and it is very unsettling to live here knowing we had dry wood termites for months possibly longer but cant have the peace of mind that our wall, floors, ceilings are safe. They finally provided an update three days after the third inspection and said they decided to move forward with heat treatment. I asked all the important questions which I was not given any answers except they would repair the hole after. They scheduled the inspection for 09/04. A month after the first official termite complaint. My husband works from home and I ask if they can schedule the appoint for the weekend so we do not loose out on another day of work due to this matter. We were told no.There is always an endless list of issues from this property. We would really appreciate help.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Unfortunately the months that it took to repair the damage created bigger issues such as termites. Then once we were finally able to get the treatment they refused to check any other units and ours for structural damage. The heat treatment they conducted in our apartment caused us to loose wages for a day and they fused to reimburse us. The day the did the heat treatment was over 100 degrees outside they advise we would be okay to return around 5pm that day, by the time we arrived home around 8:40 our apartment was so hot the floor and walls were hot to touch and we had to scramble to find a place to sleep. The conditions were so bad it caused us to find another place to live quickly just to not bare with those conditions any longer. Although I requested for them to check for structural damage due to the termites they stated once treatment was down they would and they still have not. We have continued to pay for rent and our final day there is 10/07/2024. We are requesting they reimburse us for Al months we were there while we were living like that.
