Not a good company, you will be working with people who do not understand being human to another person. When I asked for an extension to pay, I was met with a free of $3,000 slapped onto the $3,000 I owed. (already paid them $1,500. No RESULTs. Not one phone call came from advertising with The Dental Trader. I would not use them for their services.

Per advertisers Commercial Advertising Agreement (which she breached despite numerous advance notices):

If prematurely cancelled, all advertising published is retroactively re-billed at full rate per current rates at the time of cancellation. First time Introductory Discount offers (run 3 mos-get 4th month free) are non-cancellable for any reason.

5.COSTS OF COLLECTION: Customer agrees to pay court cost(s) & all attorney fees incurred in the collection of any unpaid balances whether or not suit is filled. If legal action is filed. Customer agrees venue will be So. Orange County, **.

6.INTEREST CHARGE: Past due amounts are subject to an interest charge at the rate of 1.5% per month or $15.00 per month, whichever is greater, commencing from the date they are due & payable and continuing to and including the date payment is received by The Dental Trader.

This display advertisers failure to adhere to the terms of her Commercial Advertising Agreement voided her FREE ADVERTISING, added collection costs and interest penalties, all in compliance with her agreement. The Dental Trader met 100% of its contractual obligations to advertiser, published all her ads and now must pay a large percentage of the delinquent debt to a collection agency. She withheld payment. Now were the bad guy? Read reviews on other sites about us.
