    I have just experienced financial discrimination by this attorney and her office. I made an appointment with them and they called me back a few minutes later telling me that I should go somewhere cheaper because I probably wouldnt be able to afford their services after learning how much my previous tax person was charging me. They hung up on me immediately after saying Im sorry we have to cancel your appointment because we charge more that your previous tax person. I called back and made sure to press record and asked why they hung up on me and they apologized saying they assumed that I wouldnt be able to pay. I am glad I recorded their admission because I have never experienced this type of discrimination before. I was referred to her from one of her current clients and came to her for her expertise and was willing to pay the cost of whatever she charges.

    In July of 2022 I went to get help with taxes that were not done for '19, '21, and '22. I had large losses from crypto trading these years and needed an expert to ensure everything was correctly filed. They took a $500 retainer at the time. I sent all the requested documents in digital format, including the trading transaction exported directly from the exchanges into excel files. ******* advised me that he did not know how to properly fill out the **** tax document required by the **** He pointed me to some online websites that allow you to upload the documents and auto generate the **** tax forms. I did as requested and paid the site an additional $150 for the forms. He then informed me that something did not look right for the year '20, but that '19 looked fine so we could file '19 and then I can contact the site regarding '20.So we did that and then I spent months with the site, as well as trying other sites and working with them. I finally got them how ******* was requesting only to find out now he says that the original tax filing was not correct because the original **** we used for '19 were in fact not correct. He offered to finish '20 & '21 and to amend '19, but insisted I now pay an additional $400 to amend '19 on top of the $400 I paid for that year. I made it clear that was unacceptable. This is when he got very rude and ****** defensive. He claimed that I was at fault, I screwed up, and that he was just using the documents I provided. Mind you, these were the **** tax documents that the site generated upon following his instruction.I'm honestly floored at this response and lack of integrity. Any respectable company would immediately own up to such a mistake and amend the return free of charge. I'm amazed they would even still charge me at all and not refund the whole retainer after making such a mistake. I informed them I no longer wished for them to handle '20 and '21 and requested they refund me the remainder of the retainer. They never did.
