    Mr **** ******* of Coastal Refrigeration Heating & Air replaced my HVAC system in 2019. He sold me a 4 ton system, which was way too big for my mobile home. I was 78 years old at the time and feel I was taken advantage of financially, which is ELDER ABUSE. This system stopped working in 2023 as the evaporative coil FROZE up due to the size of the unit being WAY TOO LARGE for my 1350 square foot home. I still do not have working a/c. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to replace the system again.

    I remember clearly stating you told me twice that the furnace & ac coil was removed & sitting outside while they were doing your floors after a flood from the bathroom. The insulation & overall construction of a Moble home are very poor on insulation. The coil sits right on the floor. So they would clearly have to remove the coil or a least pick it up. It worked fine from 2019 to 2023 after the ac coil was altered. Then we arrived to do the maintenance & found low on refrigerant & caps were missing on the outdoor ac unit showing signs of someone adjusting the refrigerant charge. Also welding marks inside coil. I would like to tell you I installed the same ac unit in my own mothers house because the insulation is very poor on a Moble home and going on 10 years . Also the older ac unit that we removed  was designed for your moms house and worked for 26 years. 
    So I was never trying elder abuse on you or your mother. I always and will be the best I can be as a contractor & a good person.
