5 starsContracted Prestigious Heating and Air for furnace replacement. They were quick to come out and provide a quote, and offered a competitive price, especially given how old my furnace was and all of the updates my system needed to be within code. The workers were professional and knowledgeable, and made an effort to keep my home clean, and they made sure to clean up when the work was completed.Review fromKirk L

Our existing 25-year-old system was failing and required replacement. We received several estimates and chose Prestigious Heating and Air. All aspects of our interaction with Prestigious were positive. From the initial call to the to the final system testing. All their employees were professional, courteous and friendly. The complete replacement process and timeline was explained. I received reminder text messages regarding the appointments and also from the crew when they were on their way. We received a great new HVAC system installed by Prestigious and the did what they said they would, and they did it when they said they would. I definitely recommend Prestigious Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that needs a new system installed.

5 starsWhen our furnace failed to respond to any call for heat I called several companies to see when they might be able to come and diagnose the problem. But everyone was trying to schedule their regular service because of the cold snap and we were told it might be several weeks before the various companies could schedule us, since regular customers we're getting priority. The best most would offer is to place us on a wait list for a break in their schedule. Prestigious Heating and Air gave a tentative date of late the end of the week. But the next day I got a call saying it looked like they had an opening on the Wednesday which I gladly accepted. Within an hour I got a call saying the scheduler noticed their technicians were working just a few doors from us and if I could be home that Monday they could come after they finished their current job to determine what repairs were needed. I said I would be home and within minutes I got a text from the technician saying he was on the way. His experience and competence was impressive. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem as an occluded drain line which he cleared. He then ran the furnace through its required testing cycles and within a half hour had everything working properly. Since no parts were required, the only charge was the very reasonable service charge. Needless to say, Prestigious Heating and Air will be my regular service choice. Their courtesy and communications far exceed my normal experience with service companies.Review fromChris V

Im a small electrical contractor and needed about 6 of gas line ran for a job of mine. My usual plumber sub cancelled on me last minute. Got flaked on by another ************* after. Prestigious showed up when they said they would, looked and spoke like professionals(a must in residential), and most importantly, the work was clean and code compliant.
