    This company needs to CALL ME to resolve this product-defect issue! Re: order # ***** on May 18, 2023 I paid $150 for a "Sleep Score Max" ****** which is entirely useless because this company doesn't have a working app to allow customers to actually use the product! I've called them a dozen times over the last couple weeks, and emailed their "customer service" (sic) ***** multiple times, and still no one has called me back. The email support they've provided is useless at best. I'd like the ************************** team-lead to call me (again, ON THE ****** no email!) to troubleshoot this defective ******, and if it can't be fixed, then I would like a PREPAID return shipping label to mail this hunk of junk back to them. I will NOT be paying money out of my own pocket to SleepScore Labs to ship their own faulty ****** back to them. This company is a ripoff and scamming customers, and it's about time the BBB looked into their way of doing business and refusing to answer their phones when they ring.

    Unfortunately, our customer service representative is on leave, and one of our other representatives is filling in until they return. Because our company has multiple locations, this agent is not located in *****************. We always try to respond to customers as quickly as possible, but we are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and on holidays in ***************** and Ireland. Our voice mail informs customers that we are currently unable to take calls and to email our customer support team for assistance.

    Of course I don't accept the "response".  It's not a response at all, it's a sorry excuse, a lame self-serving story about your inability to provide customer service like any normal company would do.  Your pathetic staffing shortages are NOT MY PROBLEM.  Man up, hire some more people to actually ANSWER your phones, and act like a real company for once!  I did receive a full refund fortunately just today, so for that I am appreciataive.  But I'd be shocke dif this SleepScore company is even in business a year from now, with how scammy and incompetent they're acting.  Giant red flags here guys, you're treading on thin ice with your business' reputation.
