- Providing there has been no prior breach to this contract, fees to cancel this charter are as follows; prior to 60 days, no cancellation fee. 59 to 31 days, 20% cancellation fee, 30 to16 days prior, 40% cancellation fee, 15 to 8 days prior, 60% cancellation fee, within 7 days of the charter there is no refund. Cancellation fees are the percentage of the total charter amount. Changing the date of your charter order may be considered a cancellation if there is no availability. Cancellation of a charter order must be done in writing either by fax, mail or e-mail. No verbal cancellations are accepted. Cancellations made by fax should be sent to; 602-926-1475. Email cancellations should be sent to; [email protected] and cancellations made by USPS sent to; 2647 Gateway Road, Suite 105-455, Carlsbad, CA 92009, Attention: Accounting. Any eligible refunds can only be paid out of sums paid to the Company. Any sums paid directly to an Affiliate will be governed by the Affiliate’s cancellation policy, if they have one, and not this contract. It is suggested you follow up with a phone call to confirm your cancellation. Please allow up to (30) days to receive your refund. There is a mandatory $100.00 administration fee to cancel any reservation regardless of the above terms and conditions.
