    I have this companys software and needed to upgrade to a new version for a new machine I purchased. I paid for the software and purchased an extra license and was not able to use the software for the purpose I purchased it for until my machine arrived which was 6 months after. At no point in time did the salesman *************************** ever tell me I was not going to be able to use it to setup prior to my machines arrival. I also purchased 1 year of support with the new software and now I have only been using it for 8 months and they want me to pay again for support that I was not able to use the first 4 months after my purchase. Prior to them calling me to renew my support I purchased a 5 hour one on one support for an additional $750 and the first hour I used was a complete waste of time. I told ***** the person who called me to upgrade and he said he would credit me the hour. I asked him to credit me the $750 and cancel the one on one and put that towards another year of support and he refused and would not tell me who I can call to discuss my complaint. After purchasing the software he also informed if my computer crashed or burned I would not be able to download the license and use the software without the support after spending around $25,000 they never told me I never really was going to own the software without paying yearly support which in the past I have used the software with no support for years. All I want is credit for my $750 towards another year of support.
