    I visited *************** in ********* (I could only find the one in Carlsbad on your list but it is specifically the office in *********) a couple of weeks ago. I was prescribed Acutane for an acne condition. I was told that I would be sent an email that I needed to fill out in order to receive the medication. I never received the email. I have left four messages over a period of several days and my calls have not been returned. I am now in a situation in which I have wasted money on the office visit and will have to spend the same amount of money on another dermatologist just in order to get a simple prescription.

    I am a patient of West Dermatology at the Carlsbad, ** location. It has become very frustrating and has become negligent to my healthcare needs. There is absolutely no effective way of communication with this office. The phone line just rings, gives a busy tones or automatically hangs up.
