I would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding an individual in the ********************* for Qualcomm. His name is ***********************. My wife, ***********************************, recently applied to a position with Qualcomm in *********, **. She has been tirelessly applying for roles, and she was able to obtain an interview with the company. She attended, and was scheduled for a follow up interview, which originally was scheduled for today.Unfortunately, within an hour of her interview, she received a very short, dismissive email from ***********************, which stated, "Sorry for the late notice. Last minute change to the position."He provided no call, or no email with any sort of explanation as to why it was cancelled, if they are going to consider her for other alternative roles, nothing at all. She is well qualified, and I believe she was not given a fair, equal opportunity to pursue what she was trying to pursue with Qualcomm. This looks extremely unfair and Unethical, and I believe she deserves more than just a one sentence email stating they are not proceeding. Additionally, it is believed that he then followed to go and view her LinkedIn profile, and still no type of contact or response.I believe strongly that she was discriminated against, and I am going to file a formal complaint against Qualcomm if there is no sort of resolution provided for this unacceptable and unprofessional display of recruitment against my wife. Please respond at your earliest convenience.Respectfully,***********************
