I bought Ozempill and 5 other products with the stipulation that I pay for shipping and would I get a subscription unless I canceled. Shortly after I received product I call ************** and cancelled the subscription. I did that months ago. I am now getting calls from a boiler room, I can hear a lot of voices in the background, saying they want money for my subscription. I did not receive any more product after the initial shipment, I called and cancelled ay other orders. Now I am being hounded to pay for my subscription. Please contact that company and have them stop harassing me about a subscription I cancelled in a timely fashion.

I contacted an organization on March 5, 2024, to order product OzemPill. This entity was ********* Products at ************. I immediately realized I made a mistake and requested that my order be cancelled and to close my account so that no further refills would be sent. I was assured that *** order had been and was confirmation #*******. Aqua ************ was company number one. They took a payment of $139.83 to include shipping and handling and sent the product anyway. There was no return address provided. I should have sent the package back to return to sender but I did not. I bit the bullet so to speak thinking that this was all over. I was contacted again on April 5, 2024 from yet another entity called The Gardener Oasis Online to say that my account was not cancelled, they had no idea who ********* Products was, and since I had not cancelled my account they were sending another automatic shipment. They insisted that if I make a one time payment of $149.97 they would close my account and that would be the end of it. I made the payment. Then Gardener Oasis Online then stated they wanted over $500 of close my account and would continue to send products automatically. I researched the name of the company on the bottle which led me to Compound Solutions. I forwarded an email to their address at ****************************** outlining the above situation on Friday, April5, 2024, with no response. I contacted ************** to explain what was going on. They said they had never heard of either of the entities and referred me to back to customer service. I requested an email address to send a cancellation request in writing. **************** gave me an email address of ********************* The email came back undeliverable. I contacted customer service again on April 5, 2024. They indicated that my order had been closed that there would be no further deliveries. I was provided cancellation number *****. I am still working on this.
