    Purchased hot tub speakers from this company. They completely disintegrated in less then a year. Called for a refund or replacement but was told they dont ship to ****** and that I would have to pay to ship old ones back and ship only to a U.S. address. Then was told they would refund the money Then was told it was declined So I gave them the credit card info again to make sure it was all correct and was told once again that it was declined. I called my credit card company and zero attempts were made to refund the money. So not only do they sell garbage parts to consumers they lie to customers as well

    Hi there ********* do not and have never shipped replacement parts to ******. We do not offer shipping of any kind to any person internationally. If you received components from somebody in the US, it was not us. With that said, replacement speakers are only covered by the manufacturer under warranty for 6 months so whomever you purchased them from is not going to cover them nearly a year later. The only way speakers fail prematurely is due to either a pH imbalance, over filling the spa so that speakers are underwater, or from closely the cover too soon after adding chlorine, bromine, or spa shock. We apologize for your frustration but I cant stress this enough, if you go to our website and try to order speakers or any component, it will not allow for shipping outside of the ** or lower 48 states.

    No where in the description of these hot tub speakers does it say they cant withstand water or chlorine. They are for a hot Tub are they not?? The water level was never high enough to put them under water or the tub would always over flow so thats another lie attempt and ph balance should have nothing to do with it when theyre not under water. Not once did you comment on the fact that I was told I was getting a refund and someone there flat out lied saying there was attempts to refund when my credit card company proved zero attempts were made. I want the refund that was promised and I have all the emails stating the refund.
