    I was notified that my auto insurance was canceled. When I contacted them to find out why they stated it was because I had to show proof of my new address ( I had moved to the next town over). They said I needed to provide something that had my name and address on it. I provided them with 5 different documents that showed my name and current address, but they refused to accept any of them. I then tried to call again today to start a new policy and was told they will not give me a policy, that I would have to wait 3 years because I violated their policy by not submitting proof of address although I submitted 5 documents proving my address then he hung up on me.

    I was way over charged on car insurance when I canceled was promised an amount. They proceeded to reactivate my policy the next day with out my permission. Now they say they didnt and basically did it so I wouldnt get any money back. Was first told 300 something refund now it 50 bucks.

But I still want to file complaint with DirectAuto insurance company. Since this was wrong business I could find anything else on your site.

    We filed a claim with Direct Auto since their insured hit my vehicle on Dec. 6 and left the scene, but I got his insurance information.We even have a police report, but Direct Auto doesn't accept liability until they speak with their insurance, and it's been more than 30 days.

    My car was wrecked on December 28, 2024. At first we kept getting the run around and felt like we were being ghosted by the adjuster. Finally she sent an email on January 3, 2025 stating that she had already assigned our car to *********** on Tuesday of last week that we should be expecting a call from him soon! We havent heard from him to schedule an appointment for him to come look at our car. I spend money each month to be covered by the insurance company in case of an accident and to comply to our state laws. If I pay for a service then the company should respond in a timely manner and ensure me that Im going to be taken care of!!!. With this company I did not receive that service from them! I would not recommend anyone to get insurance from this company because they will not get back to you about your claim.

    I took my car to a reputable dealership to be repaired. Based on the incorrect estimate provided by this company the insurance company paid me less than what the repairs cost. Both the body shop and I have communicated with the company and have received no contact from them.

    Been insured with them through third party my car was hit and ran in front of where I live I have liability and uninsured motorist. The company told my my insurance dont cover hit and runs which it does and wasnt going to pay me out. They Representative of **** was very rude to me hung up on me and wouldnt connect me with a manager. I also have recorded conversations of how they speak to their customers and how they tell customers anything to not pay them out.

    On 8/12/24 I was at fault for a accident my insurance company told me I have coverage for the accident then all of a sudden it a coverage issue when I had no problem paying then for coverage they shouldnt have no problem covering me I was at fault and thats what I pay them for
