      This ***************** is obviously a scam. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with limited liability insurance. The customer service is atrocious, infuriatingly rude and lacking in every way. Do not do business with this disastrous company. No one answers the phones, no one returns messages. They took almost a year to process a valid claim and gave zero updates, and in the end denied coverage. They made false assertions about the occurrence in support of their decision. They are weasels and fraudsters. ********************** or your time with this fake insurance. I feel disturbed even giving them one star.

      I'm sorry you are disappointed with your experience. My review of this matter shows that the claim was closed at your request in April of 2022 prior to investigation, and then reopened at the end of 2022 at your request. Once investigation commenced, it was determined that coverage was not afforded under the policy and a letter outlining the analysis was issued.
