    They have lied to me. They wasted my time, approved me for the equipment financing then took my money and told me bc I moved and am expanding states they wouldn't help me, they advertised it so I applied and then they fired the representative two days before then went to ***** out of nowhere, and then sent me to a different representative and stopped answering my calls, till I finally called back, then all of the sudden they let me know after keeping me waiting and wondering what's going on... they tell me out of no where that because my business has grown into another state I am now all of the sudden ineligible and have been withdrawn from my approval... very very very very bad business. I have now waited vendors times and my time and time is very very valuable more than money can buy ... they are a lying deceiving company that over charges and I will make sure they get introuble for their bad business actions very bad business ethics...

    Customer came to ** looking for equipment (vehicle w/duct equipment for duct cleaning) for her (stated on application) 7 yr old cleaning business which she stated was

    operating in **.  We underwrote and approved based on the business and license was still active in TX.


    When we went to prepared documentation, the invoices were shipping to GA. We asked the lessee and she stated she moved "years ago" but she travels back to TX from

    time to time. We let her know at that time we had to resubmit the deal to underwriting for approval as this would be classified as a start-up business (moved to a new state).  


    Upon credit re-underwriting with the correct state and time in business at that location, they were declined.   Her rep *********** vacation and another rep spoke with her (next day) letting her know it didn't qualify.   She then started to call every 15 minutes screaming and relentless that we "need to change our policies and that it was b***s*** that we changed and that she was no longer approved". Then she went on to say that we misrepresent our programs on our website and she should be approved.

     

    This was escalated to a manager who spoke with her.  She asked the manager to tell the underwriters that she will just "move back to TX and

    have the equipment delivered there".   The manager explained that we can't do that as we now know the equipment would be in GA and that would be a misrepresentation.  She kept arguing with the manager and she finally had to tell her kindly there was nothing we could do and we are returning her money. 

     

    No monies were retained and here transaction was declined and cancelled.
