In the event that the Client disputes any billing byVTG Wireless/Armed Forces Mobile, the client will notify VTG Wireless within 3days of the sale to discuss his or her concerns. All disputes must be made inwriting and sent to 5621 Palmer Way Ste. G Carlsbad, CA 92010 by certified mailand must be made within 3 days of sale to insure quality customer service andproper resolution to protect both parties. The parties will cooperate in goodfaith to resolve such disputes within a reasonable period of time after thedispute or concern is submitted to VTG Wireless. If the dispute is not resolvedduring this period, then either party may seek alternative dispute resolutionmeans. VTG Wireless reserves the right to remove any products or service fromclient’s access, e-mail or website until such time as any amounts then due arepaid in full.
