    Customers beware - the carwash not only left dirt and dust on the hood, It also scratched the surface big time. First of all, Id like to say that advisor Bjern ****** was 5-star as he not only knew **** but also tried to help as much as he could. He went out with me to my *** more than once, with the first time explaining the gear shift if I did not press the button with my right thumb, and then spent time looking around to make sure there was no mechanism to adjust the seat and mirrors by pushing a button, which my wifes car can do. Regarding the horrible carwash, after the brake job was done Bjern came out to show me my ***, and he immediately said the carwash was not the best. I was so surprised to see the fresh scratch on the hood as well as dirt and dust everywhere. Did the car wash guys ever bother to first rinse off the dirt, dust and debris? My *** only had ***** miles on it and it was always in the garage. However, I had to leave for an appointment right away. I later sent Bjern an email complaining about the carwash but he did not respond. I have a photo for prove what I say.. Such terrible carwash never happened at BMW Encinitas. This carwash experience reflects the total lack of care for customers by *** ********************** management as the carwash is not brain surgery. -*** *****

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 80 years, No one even answers the phone, no matter what number you call and NEVER does anyone ever call you back. They are a disgrace! Wish I had bought my car from anyone else because I now have to deal with them and it's a nightmare.

    They just cancel my appmt,and sale the car what they told me locked up ,how disappoint. they have not honest,How can I buy the car from you ?I told another dealer I wont buy car from them,because i found one from Carlsbad **** So what now?

    Not able to post my same review which I left on yelp for this business location. The characters exceeded past ***** but anyone on here I encourage to read the review. Ive noticed a pattern in a lot of *** stores which needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP! The business ethic here is beyond poor and what they reflect their in their mission statement and business practice is non-existent when it comes to consumers. You hear stories of dealers who scam and even rip people off in cases. First hand Ive witnessed it and instead of resolving the problems, the issues seem to get worse and that makes me feel uncomfortable driving the vehicle I have. It doesnt seem safe enough to be driven and honestly should have never been on the lot to be sold in the first place. My own experience really starts with *** of vista who merged and became apart of BMW of Carlsbad. However, its been a completed nightmare dealing with my *** 650i; and since the merge my car has still repeatedly seen a check engine light come on more than I count on my hands. Most would say this car is lemon but I think they just sold me a car knowing that it needed the work and wanted to have someone to pay for it to be fixed at their dealership. One that is a scam no matter how you look at it. Plus everyone seemed to be blind to the issues as well. Upon sale I was told that there are no issues and given ***s 125 Multi-inspection that somehow justified the car ran with no issues and had no problems. That paper is so bogus and holds zero value to a consumer. I could type it up and say this car runs amazing and check off boxes too. The unfortunate part of it as many others who post comments as well is that we still are responsible to be at work whether we have our cars or not, we are also responsible to make a car note payment and pay for our insurance while dealing with the issues we encounter. We purchase cars to enjoy them and have them as a means of convenience.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

    I bought a used 2022 Dodge Charger Redeye from them on Jun 12 23 I have still not received the car registration and the temp plates expired month ago. Im paying for this extremely expensive car that I can not legally drive. Every time I reach out to the dealer I wait her get no response or straight to voicemail.

    Ill start at the end; the ****** who dropped off my 2017 *** M3 after repairs were made drove it like he stole it, doing 118mph down the freeway. Clearly he didnt know I have a tracker installed. Utterly reckless, highly illegal and an appalling lack of respect for a customers car that was entrusted to them.This, alone, is enough for a 1-star review. However, theres moreAfter someone smashed into my parked car on 4th Jan, I had it towed to BMW Encinitas for repairs. It took over 6 weeks for them to fix it. But, they missed a few issues, so it went back in.It then took them a further 4 weeks to change the front brakes and an alternator pulley something a competent team of mechanics could easily do in an afternoon. Their communication with myself and my insurance company was practically non-existent, resulting in me having to pay for the repairs myself ($3600+), as I couldnt wait any longer to get my car back.I collected it from the shop on 2nd April (nearly 3 months after it was hit), drove it 25 miles home, parked up and watched in disbelief as fluids started hissing out under the car.So it went back for the 3rd time! Simple fix; the hoses werent connected properly causing coolant to leak out under pressure. However, these are trained *** mechanics, so how they forgot to secure the hoses in the first place is beyond **** would have just been happy to get my M3 back and not left this review, had the maniac ****** not gone on a joyride in it, thrashed it at nearly 120mph and delivered it with barely enough fuel to even get to a gas station.In short; take your *** somewhere else for repairs

    I purchased a 2021 750i m sport from this dealer repeating myself a few times to sales consultant and the person responsible at the finance that I want a commercial registration for this vehicle but she still filed everything as a regular and its been over 3 months and everyone is lying and asking for more time and telling me that I should be getting the new registration but it was all a lie and no one actually filed anything. Lies continue until this day.

    We purchased a vehicle had a five day warranty to return or keep the car. Our purchase was on a Saturday so Monday we were able to take it to a mechanic who informed us it needed major repairs. We returned the vehicle the same day. We were told it would be a few days before a refund but could be 5-7 days. I called on July 28th left a message no response. I called today August 1. Spoke with ***** very helpful but no follow up. I called again a few hours later spoke to ****** who I left the message for originally and got excuses about it being the first of the month and to keep waiting. I let her know I needed my refund in order to purchase a car and I had already waited a week. She asked for a few more hours but again never followed up. Not a great company in my opinion buyers beware.
