  She is a SCAM ARTIST and sells FAKE jewelry. She takes peoples' money in advance and pretends as though she has to get the item from her "consignor" which is actually a factory in **** manufacturing counterfeit ******** *** *************** and other designer jewelry brands. At first she was responsive and even spoke on the telephone. Then once she received the money she began making excuses as to why she couldn't ship the 2 items I purchased. After more than two weeks she finally shipped one of the items. She claimed the delay was due to her having the item authenticated at a *** ***** and Arpels boutique which I have learned was a lie. The bracelet is FAKE. She has never shipped the other item (last communication from her said "be patient" after waiting more than 3 weeks). She has now blocked my number and doesn't respond to email or text messages. I have hired an attorney and am in the process of filing Police Reports. STAY AWAY FROM PRELOVED TREASURES AND ***********************************.And by the way, her "office" is a U.S. ************ I wouldn't have left any stars except at least one has to be chosen in order to post this message.

  Preloved Treasures? More like Preloved NIGHTMARE.The first time I ever purchased from ******* was wonderful, but since then it has really gone downhill. A year or so ago, I purchased a mini Chanel flap bag. A few days or so after I had paid, she told me she lost at the auction for it and she provided a refund, fairly quick. Back then I should have told myself that it was sketchy she takes money up front and doesn't actually have the bag in hand, but did not think much of it.THIS THIRD TIME TAKES THE CAKE.I asked her to source me a mini Lady ****, which she finds me a perfect one. She proceeds to send me photos, everything looked good, she sends me a link with the same photos she texted me, and I purchased the bag back in November 21st. When it arrived on November 30th, to my surprise, it was not the same bag pictured OR talked about in the transaction. Not only that, BUT IT WAS A FAKE. It smelled like rubber shoes, and based on the serial number and charms, it was clearly a fake. I then tell her I am happy to return it, and get the original bag I thought I was paying for. She then tells me that one was sold and she can't? But she has my money?We then agree to proceed on a refund and me sending back the bag, which mind you, started in December 2nd, and today is now January 5th and I still do not have my money (and I sent the bag back). She keeps giving excuses that the payment company doesnt answer, or that she contacted them. But lady it's been 1 whole month and nothing.You can see I have been EXTREMELY patient and gave ******* many chances to refund, not even asking for her 110% authenticity money back guarantee. BEWARE she now seems to scam people and it's very sad.
