I just received a call from a 725 ********* number claiming to be a company called Travel Savings Dollars. They offered an impressive package for $399 including room stays and travel. Every time I was skeptical of giving out information to a cold call, they sweetened the deal rather than address my concerns. At the end, I told him Im not giving up my card information to a random person on a cold call. He then said, well next time we call just say no rather than wasting my time. My how that tone changed real quick. Dont give your credit card info out to strangers that randomly call you; that is how scams happen.

I just wanted to express my disappointment and frustration with the company and the service being provided. I am not quite sure how they are running their business but it certainly isn't the most efficient way.Ever since becoming a member last year, I have made 3 hotel reservations through their website. My very first one was a bust and that should've been an indication to steer clear of their business. I lost about $300 since the hotel that was advertised so nicely on their website turned out to be a complete nightmare. I couldn't believe my eyes. I refused to stay there and was denied a refund/compensation of any kind. I somehow made it through with my second reservation. However, my most recent one was another one for the records. After making the reservation, I contacted the facility to clarify certain things, only to find out that they don't even have my reservation. Upon calling Travel Savings Card/Passport's customer service and being on the phone for about 45 mins, I was told that somehow my reservation didn't get processed even though a received a clear confirmation from them earlier via email. Eventually, they forced me to cancel my reservation. Unbelievable!I truly don't hope that they are duping other customers like me. It's really frustrating to say the least. I highly doubt that I will be using their services going forward and just want to caution others when and if they want to move forward with them. Thanks.
