      ### **0/5 Predatory Towing Scam Masquerading as a ******************** **WARNING: RELIANT PARKING IS A TRAP!** They falsely advertise themselves as *"just a permit management software company,"* but in reality, they operate a **coordinated towing scheme** designed to exploit customers. Heres what happened: 1. **Their System Failed, I Paid the Price** - I ordered a permit for my new vehicle (replacing my old one) and **confirmed multiple times by phone**. - **They never sent the permit**their own incompetence caused the issue. 2. ************************************** My car was towed **despite being legally permitted**. - Manager **"***"** outright refused to help, claiming it was a *"valid tow."* - Clearly, Reliant **profits from kickbacks with aggressive towing companies**. 3. **Deceptive Business Model** - They hide behind the excuse of *"just managing software"* while **orchestrating unfair tows**. - This is **not an accident**its a deliberate revenue stream for them.

      **Reliant Parking BBB Response:**We appreciate the opportunity to respond and would like to address the false and misleading claims made in this complaint.**Reliant Parking is not a towing or enforcement company.** We do not authorize, direct, or profit from towing activity in any way. Our company provides parking management software that allows residents to request permits and allows enforcement vendors to verify if a vehicle is authorized to park. Towing decisions are made solely by the enforcement company authorized by the property.### Regarding the Complaint:1. **Permit Delivery & Resident Responsibility:** The resident claims he submitted a request to update his vehicle and was issued a new permit. If the permit was not received, **the resident had a responsibility to notify Reliant** before parking the vehicle on the property. At no point did the resident follow up to let us know the permit had not arrived. Unfortunately, parking without a visible, valid permiteven unintentionallycan result in enforcement action by the propertys authorized vendor.2. **Reliants Role in Enforcement:** While enforcement companies may use our system to check if a vehicle is registered, **Reliant does not initiate or approve towing**. We do not have a financial relationship with towing companies and do not receive any form of compensation related to enforcement activity.3. **False Allegations:** Claims that Reliant Parking is part of a "predatory towing scheme" or profits from towing are categorically false and damaging. These statements are not only untrue, but they also misrepresent how our system functions. We are a software provider working in partnership with property management teams to streamline parking administration.### Our Commitment:We understand how frustrating it is to have a vehicle towed. However, we encourage residents to reach out to us directly with concerns so we can resolve issues quickly and prevent misunderstandings. Publicly posting false and defamatory statements does not help resolve the matter and may result in further miscommunication.We remain available to assist the resident and welcome a direct conversation to help clarify any unresolved questions.       Reliant Parking is a parking enforcement company who is also owner of PARKING SQUAD. When you complain to them, they are heartless with their tenants and could care less about your concerns. Theyve towed my car so many times. This one was the last straw, and I am not the only one, it appears that many people have had the same issue. When you try to contact them, they say that they are not the **** and to complain to HOA instead. As you can see in the responses and all of these posts, they say that Reliant and parking squad are two separate companies, but they are the same exact company owned by the same owner ***********************, who does not give a c*** about anyone. All he cares about is the money hes bringing in and hes probably even giving kickbacks to Western towing. This is a serious issue and a lot of our complexes that I cannot believe that this guy has so many contracts with so many complexes. I think enough people have to complain for him to care.I just hope that all of you see this and do not allow them to bully you.

      Reliant is the parking company assigned to my complex. There seems to be no enforcement done, and when it is brought up to them, they refer to their partner parking squad, which appears to be a sister company of theirs. Parking squad does zero enforcement and when you complain, it is an endless loop of will get right on it, and no enforcement happens. Reliant claims on their website to stop a parking abuse, but this could only be farther from the truth.
