    The plumbing team and the drywall team **** ******, *********, **** and ****** were amazing. Drywall is a big job and a dusty job. They restored my walls to better than their original edition matching all my room colors. **** is a true artist! We had a complete recipe of our home to prevent future leaks. The service is very expensive so double check your budget before committing. I am happy with the final service rendered. I deducted one star due to cost.

    **** Stevenson Plumbing, Heating and Air has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They installed my system from the ground up in 07/2021. They have had to come to my house multiple times for an electrical issue with my unit. They keep putting a bandaid on a recurring problem. Remember, they installed my system in 2021 from the ground up and has been having issues over the last couple of years and I'm the one having to pay money to fix it. They should stand by their work! They have had to come back multiple times racking up labor charges and have tried to charge me over a thousand dollars until I reminded them that I'm under warranty. You are still on the hook for the labor charges.I signed up and paid for the Charlie ***** monthly program which comes with priority appointments per their policy. They cancelled my recent appointment the day of, without calling, to go to a different call which I'm sure was because it makes them more money. That's fine, I get it, it's a business, but don't promise priority appointments with ******* ***** program that I'm paying money for. I didn't find out they cancelled my morning appointment until I called the office at 11:15 am.I set multiple morning appointments and they're either late past the morning time or just don't show up. I called the office and they just say they "tried to call you" when I have proof they didn't. Anyway, I am sorry if I am coming off as a "*****" but this has been exhausting.

    They caused a leak that ended up causing a mold issue. My wall, cabinets, dishwasher and floor had to be torn out and. They completely denied responsibility even though my insurance company and other contractors verified this.

    A great business with excellent employees. Very knowledgeable of their craft, very polite, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

    Fabulous company and some of the best employees ever. I had new ac/heat installed and from the beginning with ***** to the install with **** and ******* (*****) I was very very impressed. Thank goodness for people who not only do a top notch job but understand customer service.
