    On August 4, 2023, I contacted On-time experts to service my home AC unit, which was not cooling. I chose On Time Experts because I had a service agreement with them. They responded, checked AC unit, recommended a full replacement, and advised a salesperson would be coming. Prior to tech leaving, he advised I owed $504 for replacing a capacitor. Tech also advised that the unit would cool after running. I paid the $504, even though I did not authorize the repair, and tech left. My unit continued to blow hot air. I contact sales manager and told him that I did not authorize the replacement of the capacitor and requested a refund. The sales manager agreed and advised it would take up to 7 days for the refund to show. Furthermore, the salesperson arrived and during his pitch, he advised that On-Time experts does not charged veterans for their service agreement. When I requested the refund of $504, I also requested a refund of the two years of $30 a month paid for service agreement, since my wife is a veteran. The sales manager advised he would refund that also. As of today, August 30, 2023, I have not received he $504 refund nor the $720 paid for service agreement.
