    I paid for a yearly renewal for my mailbox on March 23rd for $410.10. Received an email on April 17th they would be closing down on April 30th. I had to change all my business cards, records with the state, etc. in a timely manner as there was not much notice given. Spoke to the owner, ********************* on the same day, April 17th and she said she would send me a prorated refund as soon as possible. After not receiving a check I sent an email on May 21st. I received an email back stating "Hello ***** I am hoping to get your check out asap. Sorry you had to ask twice. Thank you" After waiting and not receiving anything I sent another email on June 3rd. Which was left unanswered. I called the main store at ************ and asked for her, but was told she wasn't there but he was her son. I again asked about my refund, he said he pulled it up and she was sending checks out that week, This was on June 5th. I checked my mail today June 18th and still no check. I have disputed this with my credit card company as there are obviously giving me the run around about the refund. I would recommend no one uses their services as they are very unprofessional.
