    I moved out of my apartment, in ************, on April 30th. I gave the proper notice. Once I moved out, I requested invoices/receipts to justify their charges against my deposit. Per ******** in the management office, they were allotted 21 days to provide me with the necessary documentation. They failed to do so within the timeframe and only refunded a fraction of my $500 deposit ($207.44 was returned via check [which I have not cashed] as I do not agree. Also, on top of that, I was charged an extra $256 for moving charges that I paid via the app. I have tried emailing management, as well as *******************, who is the DM, to no avail.

    I think my business has been complained against in error.  There are several companies that have similar sounding names such as Avenue 5 Property Management.  I do not manage any property outside North San Diego County **********.  I do not have or have had any tenant by the name of ********************


    I have not been contacted by this person and had I, I would have requested her address and let her know she has the wrong company. I have no employees, I am a small mom and pop business so she could not have the right company.  I alone manage 5th Avenue Property Management in ********, **********; ************************************

    Sofi in ******, when I looked up is in a completely different County I do not have any branches nor do I do any apartment management anywhere in *********, let alone Alameda County. 

    I would suggest that Val contact the ********** BRE consumer Hotline and request to speak to someone or do a look up online who manages this apartment complex, because it is not 5th Avenue Property Management in ******** **. When I did a quick online search Yelp shows that Pinnacle Property Management manages this community.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  I will re-file a claim with the correct business.
