    I purchased a Cartier ring for $958.95 delivered July 28. I had a feeling the ring would be too big. There was no tag on the packaging nor was there any info in the packaging stating if you remove the tag it wont be eligible for return and I had no idea this policy existed because I have never purchased a product from FASHIONPHILE that had that tag on it. When I went to return, I was told it was ineligible for a return because of the tag removal. Why would I take a tag of something I wasnt going to keep? It doesnt make any sense. And if the ring was too small I could understand how the tag could come off but it was way too big and no tags were on the ring to begin with. They are refusing to give the benefit of the doubt that THEY made a mistake and didnt put on a tag with the ring.

    Thank you for reaching out, we recently received your Cartier Ring as a return. 

    Unfortunately, our Receiving Team has noted that they have been received without any tags attached. Our Certificate of Authenticity tag & FASHIONPHILE tag must be attached to receive a full refund. We are unable to ship an item to you without any tags attached.

    All returned items must meet the following return guidelines:

    Item(s) must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund. The item will be considered for our Refresh Program (if eligible).

    ?Our Certificate of Authenticity tag & FASHIONPHILE tag must be attached to receive a full refund.

    Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing extras (dustbag, box, lock, etc.) If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

    We are unable to proceed with a refund at this time. We appreciate your business and hope you have a great day.

    There were never tags attached. I AM INSULTED. I am an honest healthcare provider and am not given any benefit of the doubt when I am 100% being truthful. I want my full refund. Again, if tags were attached I wouldnt have removed them knowing I would return the item. The company cannot provide proof that tags were attached when I asked for information. I have heard of companys like ThenReal Real doing this to customers and specifically chose FASHIONPHILE believing they were an honest company. This is a true scam.

    Our intention in this situation was not to fraud anyone. It's part of our policy. I do see that you have ordered 2 other items from us prior. All items must have tags to scan it from our inventory to ship it out. 

    I will go ahead and make a one time exception, by reverting the buyback and giving you a full refund back to the original form of payment. I have notated your account with this information. 

    Please give the refund a few business days to be initiated and processed.

    I purchased two luxury timepieces from Fashionphile, not realizing at the time they are not a reputable merchant also not an authorized dealer for this brand. Instead of two timepieces I received two seemingly random bluetooth speakers. I alerted merchant to this with photos immediately the morning of July 15, 2022. I did not receive any response until July 18, 2022 and the response was redundant, asked me for the info I had already provided. Thru my own efforts I disocvered the merchant did nothing with this 'claim' for an entire week, did not contact *** or take any action. A week later around July 22 another individual reported to fashionphile they had received my items and asked fashionphile if I had received theirs. Fashionphile blatantly lied to the other individual telling them I had not received their item presumably because they did not want to alert me to this, causing the other party to not want to participate. The other party later said they talked to a family lawyer and were keeping the merchandise according to FTC rules saying they can keep merchandise they did not request or order. The items I received were picked up by *** on July 22. *** initially told me they had my items and would give them to me, come to find out this was misinformation. *** eventually accepted responsibility and opened a claim but fashioinphile has refused to participate because they do not insure their shipments sufficiently. It was discovered Fashionphile also enters 1LB on all of their shipping labels regardless of the actual weight this to save on freight costs which is an unfair business practice and places *** claims at risk of being rejected. Fashionphile has fibbed, strung me along, made numerous false promises along the way and refuses to issue my refund even after their COO emailed me saying they would issue the refudn multiple times. There is nothing I could have done differently in this case and I am requesting a refund to my **************** card.
