    Handbag was accurately described, pictured and a good value. Packaging presented nicely and was secure. Shipping was expedient. I also appreciate the 15 day return policy in case of any discrepancies. It makes me feel secure in my purchase. Particularly since we are dealing with high dollar amounts and some competitors are strictly no returns. No complaints and will be doing much more business in the future!

    Purse arrived faster than expected. I will need to get the inside completely refurbished because The pocket interior is unusable and ripped, many stains on the inside not Like the pictures. After I pay to get the interior refinished it will be ok. Im happy with the outside look of the purse.

    Bag arrived very fast, but was not in as good of condition as I had hoped. Bag was very expensive for the condition it was in, logo was tarnished and bag felt over used. Bag had a very bad odor to it. I retuned the bag and purchased another that seemed to be in better condition. Hoping that I like it enough to keep it when it arrives. They provided good customer service so far and return is easy, although unsure how long it will be to get the refund posted to my acccount.
