    I've been a regular customer of ****************** for two years, and live in *******, ******. I buy from them because of the vast selection of items, most not available from my local stores, their generally reliable descriptions, reasonable return policies and quick deliveries. Every once in a while the items are incorrectly described (ie. strap lengths incorrect), but they've always been reasonable about refunds when it's clearly their error. As long as you know the retail prices of items, and know what you're prepared to spend, it's a great option. Some items have significant premiums, because of demand, but if you're looking for a deal, just wait and watch. The deals are there....you just have to be patient. They are the best and most reputable source for preloved luxury bags and accessories in North America.

    it came very well packed, it is beautiful and the condition ( excellent) of the bag is better then i expected. im in love with it????????.its my dream bag for many years. now im saving for a matching wallet because the bag is big and without a wallet it is not complete.

    Love shopping at Fashionphile. Their assessment of the items for sale are spot-on. I just bought a YSL *** in light pink with GHW. The *** was rated excellent and it is. It looks unused and in pristine condition. Fashionphile has an excellent selection of items to fit most people's budget searching for luxury accessories, clothing, jewelry or footwear.I most appreciate Fashionphile having items no longer available from the fashion houses for whatever reason - retired, limited edition, colorway, etc.I also like selling the my items to Fashionphile. I have found them to be fair in the evaluation of the items I would like to sell and being able to drop off the item(s) at Neiman ****** makes selling to them much simpler.

    First time buyer and thoroughly impressed. From the Fashionphile packaging to the original brand packaging and dust bag....said "very good" condition but I swear it should've said "excellent" or even "mint". Already started browsing for my next find ??

    I purchased a ***** handbag for $800. The photo on their site showed the actual bag. When I received the bag it was obviously a different bag because of the chipped metal on front and tag was different lettering. I called the company they stated it was authentic and would not refund.

    This was my very first order, therefore I was very skeptical about the authenticity of the handbags. I am very impressed with my Louis ******* crossbody. This is my first vintage purchase and it looks brand new! Shipping was faster than expected. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and plan to use this site again!
