    These Chanel slingback pumps were a smidge off size for me, but as a first time orderer form Fashionphile, I was truly impressed by the excellent condition of the shoes, hard to believe they'd been worn at all. I appreciate that the return policy allows me to have the item in hand before making a final decision. Satisfied customer and will shop here again!

    I made a purchase before and didn't have an issue. The item was a keychain, and looked legit but I returned it because it wasn't as I expected. No problems getting a refund. This is my second order this year and I'm extremely disappointed. I didn't buy this thinking I would need to return and get a refund. I purchased a bag from Fashionphile and unfortunately it arrived with a chemical smell and was not real leather. Right away I emailed them and they gave an automated reply saying that they have "expert authenticators." Please be aware that they do not seem to stand by their authenticity guarantee. I am within the 14 day regular return window and they aren't being helpful about processing a return. The bag has tags attached. I took a thorough video of this bag too. I understand people are human and not everyone is familiar with every brand and every item that the brand offers-- sometimes things get missed. All I ask is that you please take responsibility when someone (like me) sends you clear proof with photos and a video of the handbag you sold. I'm waiting for a refund but fashionphile has yet to refund me or apologize.Please be careful and get your items authenticated elsewhere too even if you think it looks ok. You really never know where the items come from, and Fashionphile is known for buying fakes just to do videos of side by side comparisons with the "real" ones. They may have mixed this one up because they sent me the fake. Do not end up like me. Be careful.I'm not the only person this has happened to, check ******* and TikTok-- people speak about similar experiences in comments and videos. Plus Fashionphile had partnered with people who are associated with owning and selling fakes (this was online, try to ****** it if you don't believe me). I didn't realize fashionphile was having so many fake item problems lately-- apparently it's been really bad this year...wish I knew before ordering this one. Make this right please.

    The customer experience was excellent on the website. I submitted a question about the item I was going to purchase and was answered quickly and in detail. The purchase process was quick and secure, important given the amount of $ these items cost! I used Affirm to pay, went smoothly, no issues and and excellent low interest offer. Shipped super fast. The bag I received was Exactly the image of the one pictured online. Incredibly beautiful LV handbag, and in even better condition than I expected. The description online was 100% accurate, and in fact any flaws described were actually less obvious than the description! So, so happy with my first Fashionphile purchase and will definitely shop here for my high-quality 2nd-hand bags in the future! Thanks!
