    Received my GG belt as described, and actually much better condition than I even thought it would be in. Basically looks brand new. Very happy with my purchase and shipping time.

    When you call they don't answer the phone and you can't leave a voice mail for customer service. It just says they're on a retreat. And although its a luxury brand they don't send return labels and only give a short amount of time to print and mail back any returns. On top of that only some products actually show scale, so it's your risk if it arrives and you don't like it you may only get some of your money back through the refresh program. Even the very first order I ever made they sold me a bag they didn't even have, then waited a week till I asked where my order was, and they told me it was a mistake and offered a $50 gift card. And my second order I actually received but I only liked 1 of the bags. All around I'd say this is the worst customer experience I've had with a company and I never plan to order from them again. They lose packages, they don't communicate and they have no customer service skills.

    I recently accepted a quote for a specific handbag and Fashionphile came back and said it was fake and I must pay $75 return fee I bought this bag from YSL itself I also sent original box and authentication card which has an investment stake in Fashionphile. I received my bag back No Authentication card and no box fashionphille is scamming people this is wrong on so many levels Ive sold so many authentic items to the company now I have a buyer for my bag but the value has now dropped because Im missing the items that came with my bag now they are telling me I never sent those items which was listed in my description of what I was sending THIS is wild not to mention this company has sold me a fake Prada .. who is authenticating these bags robots

    fashionphile i dont have words for it is the worst i return a bag and they said they didnt receive it i have all the proof but they dont want to give my money back and they collect money from *** claims so they get double and i dont get anything, hope to fix this soon because is not fair what you guys do

    I sent my new bag with label by fashionphile and *** lost it. First, I claimed FP. However they closed my case. Sencond, I claimed *** again, they cloncluded it was LOSS. So *** sent the paperwork for claim check to FP. However, FP didn't send. Then, with ***, I wrote the paperwork for claim check. After all, *** issued claim check and sent to FP. *** told me their check number, date of deposit by FP but FP didn't send it to me. I continuoulsy contacted to FP by email, they ignored and even worse they threatened me they emailed me they were not collect any funds from ***. Still I am trying to contact to refund my claim check. I do not understand they keeps *** claim check for me.

    I have purchased a bulgari bracelet that is advertised as new on the website and once I received it and tried it on the clasp on it kept unlocking while I have tried it on many times at home with the tags still attached. *** returned it back to the company stating the reason for the return. Their only response is they can not accept it because it was worn disregarding my complaint that the lock on it is faulty and tags still attached! So I definitely did not wear the bracelet out . Per their fine jewelry department the lock is fine. Its fine when its sitting in the box but once worn the lock pops open and the bracelet may fall off while wearing, its a ***** dollar bracelet that I dont want to lose. I asked if I can take it to Bulgari the company that makes them and if they find it to be defective will fashionphilerefund me the total amount they said no. Their managers and customer care representatives do not return phone calls after stating they will. I have been calling them every time to find out whats happening with my return each time waiting at least 20 minutes on the phone to speak to a representative. Ive been their customer for many years and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of products and this is how they treat their customers? Theyre willing to buy my bracelet with a loss of 500 dollars on me! But refuse to fix it or acknowledge that it is malfunctioning even if I will have it examined by the company that makes them! People be aware of this company look elsewhere for luxury items and avoid yourself a headache. They sold a defective item, advertised as new and refuse to accept responsibility and will not work with me on refunding the amount for the bracelet!

    I purchased a bag on Sunday afternoon, and paid for 2 day shipping. Item was not shipped within the paid timeframe because my name and phone # were not on the order they received. However, on my email receipt both were clearly listed along with a valid address. I never received a call. I had to call customer service 2x to get it resolved. The bag will now not arrive on time. The representative then proceeded to tell me that this was my fault. I gave my recommendation from a customer stand point that you never blame the customer, you apologize and carry on. She then tells me that she agrees to disagree. I will no longer be a customer of this company for these reasons. I have requested a refund from the shipping and the ** rep agreed it was their error, I am still waiting on the credit that was supposed to be immediate. Crooks.
