    I bought a Vinturi red wine aerator on Amazon in July 2022. My aerator cracked in two places after six months of use despite following the manual for use, storage and cleaning. The email address listed in the manual proved to be non-existent.I called Amazon to request help regarding their two year warranty but was told to contact the company directly. I went to the Vinturi website and found a different contact email.While their customser service was quick, I was frustrated by the multiple requests for the same information: name, address, date of purchase, proof of purchase, pictures of the damage, etc.After at least four emails, I was told my claim was approved but would have to pay for shipping and handling to receive a new aerator. I wanted my money back and did not want another aerator given the poor quality of the product. When told it was the company's policy for returns to charge a shipping and handling fee, I replied I was not returning the product and thought it was a poor business practice to charge anything when their product is defective.I sent a certified mail letter to the *** expressing my diappointment in their product and their sham of a warranty policy. Guess what? I am still waiting for a response.Don't buy this overpriced product.
