    I came in to the store on 11/27/2024 and purchased 2 veggie sandwiches. First thing I noticed was the employee putting new black olives on top of the older olives in the container which is disgusting if its not being properly switched out according to food and safety standards. The second thing Im complaining about is the avocado skin found in one of the sandwiches which my mother almost swallowed before spiting out. The avocado was unripe also she said. I went in to the store and asked for a refund and was told that I need to have the manager do that and he cant do it from the store computer himself. I asked him if he can call the manager and he said he would let him know that Im requesting a refund and took a picture of the receipt. I waited, nothing happened. No call, nothing. No refund in bank. So I contacted the store and spoke with an employee over the phone demanding for my refund, the employee said that he will call the manager again and remind him and that refunds usually only take 3 days which tells me that he never told the store manager that I need a refund. I have been waiting all this time for a response, still nothing. Ive sent 3 complaints to the corporate website and have left a review on Yelp showing pictures of the avocado skin. Im so lost and not sure what else I can do to get my refund and its impossible to find a number online to contact customer service for corporate.
