    PPS Security was hired to patrol our HOA grounds. Instead, the guard that was here most frequently spent 90% of his time inside the air-conditioned clubhouse on his phone. He said he was checking the cameras, however, he was there to be outside, available, out and visibly seen on the premises. The company was asked not to send a certain guard out, as he'd been rude to a few residents and board members--PPS sent him back, in spite of our concerns.
